Ouch, I think my hand is going to hurt tomorrow. But I finished a picture that I’m really proud of! So I feel lots of regret, but also triumph. Strange combination? I feel like for the rest of my life I’m going to be walking this tightrope between too much pain and not enough drawing.

Went crazy with some patterns and hands. I like how this one turned out, I’d like to neaten it up on the computer or something later. Also used up two of the cards I’ve been hoarding for no reason, happy I did that. Surface wasn’t awesome for watercolours though, might try the gouache next time.

Stag studies. They’re funny animals, in some ways they look totally graceful and epic, and in other ways they’re totally derpy and awkward.

More reasonless sketches. I seem to be having trouble drawing anything worthwhile or interesting, but I’m hoping if I just keep doing it I’ll produce something good eventually.
